What about it? Remove the fan shroud, remove the fan itself, unbolt the water pump.
With a fan clutch removal tool from an auto parts store.
You need to buy the special wrench for it or make one of your own.

Remove the serpentine belt, break free the fan (borrow a Clutch Fan Removal Kit from Autozone or Advance Auto Parts), remove fan shroud, remove fan entirely, disconnect hoses from pump, unbolt.
It is on the drivers side of the motor connected to the fan belt. You have to lift the motor approx 2 inches to remove it

If it is like a dodge van the clutch fan has a large nut on the back of it you need to trun it counter clockwise to remove it,it might have locktight on it so you will need to leave the belt on and apply preasure to it as you turn the nut and try some heat some times that will work,be carefull not to bend the fan they are balanced,a bent fan will wear out the new waterpump. It is exactly the same as the van.
The radiator is held in by a couple screws. Just loosen the fan shroud (4 screws), remove your hoses and lines, and lift it out.
Not sure what year you have but Dodge Van blower motors can be found under the hood on the passenger side.
Two special tools, a 36mm wrench and a holding tool.
