I have a 1998 Hyundai Elantra and had the rotors replaced, you will have to have a shop to do it because they have to be pressed off and then back on again with a specialized machine or tool. Of course unless you have that tool you can do it yourself. Good luck.
Factory stereos in a 1998 Hyundai is held in place by a mounting bracket found inside the center console. Remove the center console to reach the mounting bracket. Loosen the mounting screws and pull the radio forward. Pull the radio harness from the cabin wire harness and remove the radio.

I had to do this on my 1997. You have to order the part. The blower is located behind the glovebox, just remove the glovebox and look up behind it and you should see it. I think three screws hold it in place. Keep track of which screws go where as there were quite a few when i did it.
there are clips that hold it in so you have to get a spot that you can pop out the clips than undo the rest
