there are 3 pull tabs on each light housing. lift up and remove all 3 and simply pull out the complete assembly very easy
you have to remove the black plastic cover over the headlight and there are 3 tent lik stacks you pull up an out and your headlight is out
Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of your headlight. Remove the headlight assembly retaining bolts. The headlight assembly will come out.
There is no 1998 CTS

The headlight assembly on a 1998 Acura Integra is held on by brackets. To remove them loosen the bolts on the brackets. Pull the housings off. Install the new housings by placing them on the brackets.
You have one small screw at the end of the headlight assembly, remove this one with a Phillips screw driver * Open the hood, you will find two pieces of black plastic cover between the radiator and the grill on top they will come off by pulling with your hands. * Get a # 10 metric sacket with a long extension I used a 3/8 driver. * You will see 3 screws along the headlight assembly. * Remove this 3 screws. * Pull out the headlight assembly from inside out.
Open the hood and notice the two black locking tabs sticking up behind the headlight assembly. Remove those two tabs by pulling on them straight up. This will allow the complete headlight assembly to come out the front. You can now remove the headlight bulbs from the headlight assembly.
Open the hood there are to locking pin above each headlight assembly. Turn them you unlock them and pull the up. Once they are removed the headlight assembly can be removed.
BRING SOME TOOLS TO THE JUNK YARD--GO PRACTICE.......
Standing in front of the bad headlight assembly with the hood open notice the two black tabs sticking up behind the headlight assembly. Those two tabs lock the headlight assembly in place. Remove the tabs by wiggling and pulling straight up. Once the tabs are out you can wiggle the complete headlight assemble out the front. Now you can remove and replace the bad bulb.
Open hood, look at the back of the assembly and locate the 4 hex bolts that hold the unit in place. Remove the bolts, slide the unit away from the body, and disconnect the wiring harness. You can also access/remove the turn signal unit when the headlight assembly is removed by sliding it forward and disconnecting the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install. This reply is good for both the 1998 S70 and 1998 V70 with headlight wipers. Note that there is a tab along the bottom edge of a headlight assembly for the wiper blade to rest upon.
The headlight assembly is only held on by a couple screws and can be replaced in a couple minutes.
