with head lights on. reach up under the dash and push the button on top of the switch and then pull knob out If you are just replacing the knob, pull the knob out like you are turning on the headlights then rotate the knob until you see the little screw. It is an Alan head screw, just loosen it up a little bit and it will come right off.

There is no fuse for the headlights in that truck. The circuit is protected by a circuit breaker located inside the headlight switch.

Truck headlights can be found at your local auto supply store. Unscrew the cover for the old headlight, remove it and then remove the old headlight. You will need a screwdriver and possibly a wrench for this. Next, replace the broken headlight with the new one, and replace the headlight cover. Lastly, check to make sure the new headlight works.
