The removal procedure for the ignition lock cylinder entails using the key to turn the cylinder to the ACC position, inserting a pin into the small hole on the front, and continuing to turn counter-clockwise. If you simply don't have a key, you could have a locksmith make on based on one of the door locks, assuming they are keyed the same. If the cylinder is jammed due to parts of a key being inside, and you cannot remove them, the typical solution (for any lock) is to drill out the cylinder by drilling a small hole that renders the pins and the necessity of a key useless.
