Yes it will, but it will obviously look different because the '71 has 4 round tail lights and the '70 has two rectangular tail lights. You might need to change to the 1971 real valance panel as well because the bottom of the 1970 bumper is a little less pointed.

The front bumper is pretty easy to take off, as long as the bolts arent rust fast. The first bolts to take out are the ones holding the bumper guards in place they are down under the fiberglass felance. Then unbolt the two side bolts, then unbolt the two center bolts.
