If you mean just the padded inside panel covering the door mechanisms:
First remove door handle and recessed door grip. Basically look for any Phillips head screws that could conceivably intersect the door panel. This varies from model to model. Once removed, it is as simple as carefully placing a wide and stout flat head screwdriver between the panel and the metal door structure and prying up gently with deliberate and controlled force. The panel is merely clipped into place with about eight clips.
