The installation is the reverse of the removal.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws and clips from the panel. Pull the panel away slowly, remove wiring connections and the panel will come free.Ê
In a 2000 Ford Expedition it is in the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel
In the right front passenger footwell , it's the interior trim panel in front of the front door , by the passengers feet
I believe that is in the right front passenger footwell , by or behind the kick panel in a 2000 Ford Expedition
The 2000 Chevrolet Blazer passenger side kick panel is held in place by eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the kick panel will come free.

Using a screwdriver, remove the screws from the panel, remove the clips from the panel, and pull the panel away gently. Remove any wiring connectors, and remove the panel from the frame.

if you take off the door panel there will be three studs that connect the mirror to the door
