Assuming that you mean "wiper blade" (blade and frame) which are replaced often rather than "wiper arm" (piece from the spindle at the hood to the wiper blade) which are rarely ever replaced, the 2001 Oldsmobile Bravada has the most common hook-end wiper arms. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

A wiper arm on a 2001 Honda Civic is screwed on. To remove it unscrew the mounting hardware and take off the wiper arm.
On the 2001 it is located on the right side under the wiper. Open hood, remove the windshield cowl and the air filter is there.
You don't have to remove wiper arm. The wiper blade will slide out, It has a clicker in the center of the blade that you have to slide it out. Look at it very carefully
Wiper arm travel rod from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.

on my 98 Bravada there is a flap under the car where the oil filter is. I took mine off and on the passenger side of the radiator, theres a green radiator plug. On mine you turn the plug and pull it out a little.
