The VIN sticker has worn off of the suzuki quadrunner 250 4x4. Is there any other place to find out the year of this ATV?

The model designation is located on the left rear upright on the frame. This is stamped in the tube behind the rear tire. It is a 13 digit of letters and numbers. You then have to take this to a Suzuki dealer to find out the year and model of your unit. The ID of my Suzuki 250 Quadrunner 4x4 1992 is JSAAJ45A1N2100642. Hope this helps.

How do remove the axle out of my 1988 suzuki samurai?

pull drum off and get an axle puller. Although correct this answer assumes you mean the rear axle. If that is the case pull the drum off after removing the wheel and remove four bolts holding the axle bearing to the differential housing (on opposite side of brake backing plate) and then use a reversible hammer (axle puller) to pull the axle out from the differential axle housing.

How do you change rear axle brearing on a suzuki quadracer?

You only need to remove the left hub assembly. Loosen the axle nut while still on four wheels. Having said that, put rear on suitable stand forward of the rear axle bearing carrier. For ease remove both rear wheels. Remove drive chain. Remove left hub. Remove brake caliper and secure. Remove the rear sprocket with flange together. There are two nuts on the axle that holds this in place. The nuts are different. The outer nut is a lock nut. Remove the outer and remover the inner nut. You can now slide the axle shaft out of the bearing housing. Now remove the housing after loosening the retaining bolts. Take the housing to a bench and remove seals and bearing. Note that there is a long spacer separating the bearing which is in the middle. This how I did this on my 86. Regards
