Remove the screws in the wheel wells and underneath the plastic cover to remove the bumper cover. Then you can see to remove the actual bumper.

You have to take out the bumper. Just take out the screws that are in the fender, take out the plastic cover that it is under the car that is attached to the bumper, take out the clips of the plastic grille with the Honda logo and pull the bumper. Don't apply to much force. When the bumper is out you will see the other bolts to remove the headlight.
A 2004 Honda rear bumper cover can be made to fit a 2007 Honda Accord. However, the amount of helper parts to make this fit happen will cost more in the end than it would to have just bought the bumper outright.
Headlight cover? The headlight can be removed by first removing the bumper cover. THen all the bolt that attach the headlight to the vehicle will be exposed. The "cover" is glued to the headlight housing.

Find all the clips, then pull them off. There should be 2 or 3 screws on each side.
To remove the rear bumper cover on a 1993 Ford Taurus wagon, the lights need to be disconnected in the rear. Once all electrical connections are disconnected in the rear, remove the taillights and the fuel filler overflow hose. Remove any nuts and bolts holding the bumper cover on. Using needle nose pliers, pop the push pins around the bumper cover upwards. Slowly pull on the bumper to remove it.
Depends on if it's just the cover and if you do the remove and replace yourself. I did a 2008 Civic rear bumper cover for $250 (real Honda part) + $260 for painting. Took me about 1.5 hrs total - had to put the back of the car on stands , take the rear wheels off, remove the mudflaps, undo 6 bolts and remove the old one. Install was the reverse - needs 2 people to handle the new cover.
