How do you remove the rear panel to get to the speakers in a Nissan Altima 2000 It is not a few screws from inside the trunk All the bolts are going down into the trunk There is no bolt on outside?

Well I'm not 100% sure but I know you have to start by putting down the back seats. Then you take out all the plastic molding, then you lift up the top cover that is on the speakers. I wish it were as simple as going through the trunk but its not. Hope this helps.
