Its Under The Top Radiator Shroud near the Radiator Mount. You May have to remove the grille to get to it. Hope this helps.
It is on the bottom of radiator but you will probably need to remove the two piece shroud to get at it, unless you can get it from under the truck. Sometimes its easier to remove one end of the lower rad hose.
Radiator Removal: Remove the under cover. Remove the radiator cap, loosen the drain cock, and drain coolant into a container. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses. Disconnect coolant reservoir tank hose. Remove the fresh air duct. When installing fresh air duct, tighten bolts to 89 lb-in (10 N·m). Remove the five shroud bolts. Remove the radiator bracket bolts and lift the radiator upward. Send the entire radiator to a radiator repair shop for repair. :)
It is located under the starter. I had to remove the fan shroud to access the sensor's one 10mm bolt. It was an exceptional headache on my car because I had hit a deer and the insurance company replaced my radiator with a low cost, non OEM radiator and it did not have a removable upper goose neck. This necessitates removing the radiator to be able to remove the fan shroud.

On the older 4.0L Ford there is a plastic shroud directly under the radiator. Remove it (not hard) and you should find the drain petcock. It is easy to spot and is on the passenger side of the radiator.
Its in the front, under all that molded shroud ford designed.
On my 2000 grand cherokee, It was in front of the battery on the fender wall. Remove battery and you should find it. It is under the bumper cover, under the passenger head light. You either have to remove the front bumper, or you remove the headlight and cut an access hole.
There is a diagram under the hood, either on the hood or the radiator shroud.

USE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: ELECTRICAL, EYES, HOT COOLANT. With a cold engine. Drain the radiator into a pan, antifreeze is toxic to humans and pets. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Remove the cover over the radiator, if installed. Remove the transmission lines (2). Remove the overflow hose from the radiator. Disconnect the upper radiator hose. Remove the fan blade, you may have to remove the clutch also. Remove the fan shroud. Remove the bottom radiator shield, from under the vehicle. Remove the lower radiator hose. Remove the bolts retaining the radiator, may be on top or on the side of the radiator. Carefully remove radiator, being careful of wiring, oil lines, punctures of radiator core or A/C core. Reverse procedure to install. Check for leaks. Do not fill with water only, use 50/50 water/antifreeze or engine will overheat. If you do not have repair experience, have some with experience help you, it will save you a lot of money.
