Go to Autozone and get an 88.2-inch 6-rib serpentine belt. This will effectively bypass the smog pump and keep all other accessories operational.

Your best bet is to keep the smog pump in the truck. Just take the guts out of it, this will allow the pully to spin freely. Most states require the smog pump for inspection. Thank god it's only a visual.
The smog pump is located under the right front fender, I think you have to remove the tire to reach it. Good luck finding a replacement, if you do let me know, I am looking for one now.
