If the same as my 94 Intrepid with the 3.3, it should be held on by 3 bolts, jack up drivers side of car, disconnect battery, unbolt, the starter shouldn't fall out, but make sure it comes out slow, and you disconnect the positive connection as well as the clip on piece that goes to the solenoid. Easy as pie.

It is towards the bottom of the motor on driver's side. three bolts on the starter on and also a clip/connect. It is best to raise/jack the car on driver's side to remove from bottom.
The positive goes on the large stud. The engine ground wire goes under the center starter bolt.
