you have to remove the horn pad first, then carefully unhook the horn wire from pad, remove the metal plate pad until you see a bolt and nut w/ a clip ring. if you look to each side of the nut there should be a hole on each side. get a steering wheel puller, fit your size bolt to go in the hole, put the center the puller onto shaft and tighten the middle adjuster until it releases the pressure. notice the notch on the shaft and wheel to align back up. check for specs on tightness.
