There are bolts to remove in ashtray area and inside Left/right most vents. 2. remover the rubber steering wheel trim ring. then remove the whole vent diffuser assembley. 3. remove the 4 screws at the top of the instrument cluster. and the 4-5 at the bottom. (covered up by the vent piece).
