Wipers on headlights engage when wiper on windshield engages.
Wiper motor in my 1989 Dodge Dynasty was not located in the engine bay . Rather, it was hidden under the grill that sits between the windshield and the hood. Access via remove the grill screws, remove grill and you can see it . I discovered this when the wipers stopped functioning due to wires disconnected in this location . I do not know how that could happen .

Blown fuse or bad wiper motor.
8.25 fuse... good luck finding one, though
Ummm...I think it would be safe to say that the washer motor is faulty. Do the wipers work when you push the windshield washer button? Good luck, Mr. Dog
most wiper motors are located along the top of the firewall
Fuse panel under the dash, drivers side. This information is listed in your owner's manual. Get an owner's manual from the dealer or a salvage yard.
what yoiu need to do is get where you can get behind the switch and feel for a little button on the flat side of the switch. You will need to push that switch and pull out the knob at the same time it is not the easiest thing to do but if you work at it it can be done.
I have a 1989 Dodge B250...it has overdrive
It is located on the bottom of the windshield washer reservoir.
You need to get the windshield folded down. This means remove the top, then the front sport bar members. On each side is a bracket that holds the windshield upright. Remove screws to allow windshield to be folded down (gently) on the hood. The wiper motor is in the top of the cowl & should easily be visible. It might not be easily accessible, but it will be visible.
