On the serrated shafts at bottom of windshield that hold each arm, find a little metal tab sticking out to the side, push it in (with a screwdriver) and wiper arm can easily be lifted off shaft. Lift arm while tab is depressed. Reinstallation is a breeze as well and the wiper arm can be situated at whatever height on the windshield you like. Make sure the metal lock tab clicks back in during reinstallation indicating arm is locked back on.
