You can't. The bearings and the hub are assembled as one and expected to last the life of the vehicle. When the hub/bearings do fail, the assembly is replaced as one unit.

In order to replace a wheel bearing, the tire must first be removed on a Volvo v50. The wheel cowling can be removed exposing the bearings. After taking the bearings out, clean the housing and repack the bearings.
