The problem I was having was I was losing Transmission Fluid but nothing was leaking. The truck was also running rough and would smoke at time's. It turned out to be the vacuum regulator on the side of the transmission. There was a hole in the diaphragm and it was sucking fluid directly into the intake causing all the problems. The new part only cost me $33.00 and was easy to replace. I purchased the truck for 500 dollars because the previous owner had been told it needed a new transmission. $33.00 later I couldn't be happier.
