How do you repair an air conditioner on a 2004 Chrysler Sebring that only works on level 4 and nothing happens on levels 1 2 and 3 you already tried replacing the switch?

If you are talking about the blower motor speed settings, and it only works on the high 4 setting, then the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is bad. Replace it. It is located under the dash on the passenger side.

Sorry, the 2 dr Sebring is actually a Mitsubishi and cannot add keys without a programming tool.

When you changed the Radiator did you flush the engine to remove the transmission fluid that the already mixed with your water in the engine block. If not that would explain the presence of the fluid in the coolant holding tank.
