I would contact your county extension agent for advice. One idea may be to dig down around your rusted pipe a few feet and slide another pipe over the top long enough to match where your overflow point should be. Be aware of your liabilities in knowing you could have a failure, and what damages could occur down stream with a dam failure. GL

It has a small hole under the cap for excess to escape or boil over You do not mention the year but on most Grand Prixs the overflow is located on the passenger side, so I am not sure if the above answer is correct. On the drivers side is the upper radiator return hose, thermostat, temperature sensor. If the leak is close to the engine it could be one of those items, if it is close to the radiator itself it could be a clamp or hose or the radiator itself. If you cannot find the leak, or if the repair is beond your expertice consult a professional. If the problem continues without repair serious engine damage could result if the engine badly overheats.
