You can buy a brake parts assembly kit from your local part store, you will also need a brake cylinder and brake shoes. To disconnect the brake cylinder there are two screws and the brake line connected to the back of your hub. Whenever you take the rotor off draw out the confiuration of the springs, e brake cable, and self adjuster at bottom. Then put everything back in place. I re done mine for forty bucks.
