i had the same problem with my 94 mustang. the power window motor is riveted into the door frame. if your window is intermittent, than that means the motor itself is going bad. the way to fix this is to get another motor and take it to a service department, or take the car to your local Ford dealer's service department and have a professional install it for you. Go to http://www.lincolnsonline.com/tech.html. There are three articles on this for the Lincoln. Ford tends to use the same stuff for various brands so this may help. You can also do a search for this topic on Lincolns and find a couple of other illustrated, step-by-step procedures.
You need to identify the problem before you can carry out any repair.

There is only one fuse for all power windows. If only the passenger side window does not work, the problem is either with the passenger window switch or the motor on that window.
