Open the glove box. Remove the damper from the glove box on the side and then let the glove box hang down. If it does not come down, squeeze each side and it will. Remove the dust and pollen filter assembly from the evaporator case. Remove the filter from the housing, and replace the filter. Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the evaporator.
