You remove the glove box by pressing in the sides to allow it to fully drop to the floor. right behind will be the cabin filter (Obvious, but just in case) Don't let the glove box contents dump--it isn't necessary to open it that far in order to get to the filter housing.
This also works on a 2006 Accord. Two plastic rockers hold the plastic housing into which the filter goes. The rockers are at each end (L & R)
