Pop open the back gate, and you'll see two screws that hold the tail light in place. Take the screws out, and the tail light should swing out slightly and then pull straight back and out of the truck. There's two rubber "pegs" that hold the light in to the truck on that's opposite of the screws. You just need to give it a little pull and the light will come out. From there, you'll see 3 light harnesses connected to the light assembly. Twist counter-clockwise and the harness will disconnect from the light assembly.
