Open the liftgate and remove the upper tailgate liner. This will reveal 2 holes showing the nuts for the 2 inside screws. The outer ones are easily visible when you lift the gate. Remove all 4 nuts. Disconnect the electrical connector and the rear washer hose. Remove the spoiler and replace with new one.

to chang ethe brake bulb, first lift up the rear hatch of the car, look to see what brake light is out, the you nee to look on the inside of the tail light assembly and you will see 2 scews or bolts holding the assembly in place take out those bolts and pull out on the brake light. next you will then turn the middle connector half a turn till it unseats itself from the assembly then you can replace the bulb
Remove the tail light housing and replace the bulbs.

This is because the tail light bulb has a different element in the bulb. Just replace the bulb and that will fix the problem.
Replace the light bulb. Tail lights are usually dual filament, 2 filaments in one bulb.
i am not sure you mean brake lights or tail lights.If brake lights don't work.You have to check out a brake light switch,(it conects to your brake pedal) make sure both wires are conected to the switch.And if tail lights don't work, you have to replace a head light switch.(where you turn your head light on and off)
If I understand your post: The brake light is on constantly? If so, you may want to adjust or replace the brake light switch located at the top of the brake pedal.
Check the brake light fuse first and if good you need to replace the brake light switch that is on top of the brake pedal under the dash.
Replace the switch.
