If it's just the glass mirror, you can purchase that from a glass shop that does windshields. It just glues in. If you need the whole assembly, you'll need to get that from the dealer or a body parts supplier and you'll probably have to take the inside panel off to get to the mounting screws.

Pull the triagular black plastic. The hook is in the center. It should come out easily. Then unscrew the three nuts. Remove the old mirror and replace with the new one and tighten the nuts. Place the triangular plastic back in place.

A 1995 Honda Civic will have a trim on top of the window that can be removed. Once removed, the window will have a spot to slide out of the door. Slide the old window out of the door and replace with the new glass.
pop off cover and then use Phillips head screw driver to remove the three screws and you are done
Been there, done that. It can't be tightened, you just have to replace it. I bought a used one on eBay for $15.
