i did mine last year using tips from a Haynes manual (which is a lifesaver if you own an older jag). the fuel pump sits on the cross frame between the rear wheels. once you jack up the rear and locate it, you simply have to unbolt it, disconnect the wires, c-clamp and remove the intake and outlet fuel lines and replace. make sure you note which way the pump sits on the frame. you do not want to install it backwards!
at the time you change out the pump, i would suggest you replace the fuel filter, also. it sits up on the driver side frame in front of the rear wheel. a couple of bolts and hoses and it's done! same thing here, you want to make sure you install it facing the right way.
good luck!
You have to remove the fuel tank. The pump is inside the tank in a plastic mount. Its about a 4 hour job in and out.
Its in the fuel rail at the end of the head after the last Injector.
most likely the CRANK POSITION SENSOR
Buy a manual and figure it out an if you can't call a jag machanic to do it for you.
in the gas tank
in the trunk remove the spare tire
5 inch speakers in the 96 Jag XJ6
My 1990 Sovereign has an electric fuel pump on the crossbar above the rear wheels. Yours should be in the same place.

Your question is not specific enough to answer. What do you need to do? Replace the pump? I just basically rebuilt my entire fuel delivery system so I can help if you can be a bit more specific.
The fuel pump relay for a 1993 xj6 Jaguar is located in the trunk on the right hand rear side, next to the rear light control module. It is a 4 prong black relay.
the relay is located at the firewall behind the glove-box. the fuel pump relay has a yellow socket. good luck !
