you will need to remove PS pump which means you first need to support engine from underneath and raise it alittle remove motor mount bracket and disconnect it from engine remove 3 bolts to PS pump remove carefully otherwise you will break return line from tank its plactic then remove pressure hose w/ open end the do the same at the other end of hose reverse order when installing fill up tank but don't put cap on tightly you will need to bleeed system turn car on slowly turn wheel to right then left so that all air comes out of system do this several times.

The steering wheel cannot be bypassed to rewire turn signals in a 1989 Chevy Corsica. The switch for the wires is in the steering column. If the steering wheel were bypassed, the wires would not be connected to the switch.
