First loosen and remove the axle nut on suspected wheel, then raise front of vehicle and support with jack stands. Remove wheel, brake caliper, brake pads, caliper bracket and rotor. Remove the 4 bolts holding the hub in place. Tap hub flange with a bfh until it breaks loose from steering knuckle. Clean up the knuckle and install the new hub assembly in reverse order.

The distributor drive gear would be part of the camshaft. The camshaft would have to be replaced.
