Once replaced a radiator hose on a 78 Datson (Nissan). If you cannot afford or find the proper hose, you can improvise. In my case, I was installing a Volvo station wagon radiator and the fittings were reversed!
As old hose way too short, I got a 16 inch piece of threaded iron pipe in 2 inch diameter and got the length I needed by using clamps to splice in the piece. Radiator was so over-sized that it made the car run cold so I changed the thermostat that regulates the temp. The old clamps are usually so rusted up, one cannot reuse them anyway so use Stainless steel ones from the hardware store or parts house.
You have to drop the fuel tank. It's in there.
Unbolt the fuel rail and pull it up to free the injectors.
If you can find a police cruiser that had an analog dash, I believe you can.
To empty an ashtray in a 1994 Crown Victoria you must remove the ashtray by applying forward pressure.
Location should be under car, rear wheel drivers side.
The dash has to be removed to gain access to the heater box. The heater box then comes out and is split open to replace the core.
