The SRV actuator is on the front of the engine on the drivers side bolted to the plenum. It is plastic and has 4 bolts in each corner and an electrical connection. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the 4 bolts. The actuator should pull straight towards you as you face the front of the car. It has a rubber O-ring seal that should not come off but be careful and make sure you keep it. I have removed mine for cleaning with Berryman's B-12 but not replaced. I do not know if a new one will come with an O-ring so keep the old one just in case.
P1004-SHORT RUNNER VALVE CONTROL PERFORMANCE The short runner valve actuator is bolted on the end of the intake manifold.
It is the short runner Valve actuator part#57-154. Replace it and the code is fixed
The short runner valve is the square item sticking out of the end of the intake manifold. The code refers to either a failed actuator/position sensor or a wiring problem from the pcm to sensor.
In short you have to take the head off, replace the gasket/s and replace the head. You best bring it to a pro.
If your car is still under warranty, it would be easiest to take it to the dealership and have a mechanic make the repair. Otherwise, it'll be easiest to just try and un-stick the short runner valve's air intake plenum. To do this, remove the solenoid and clean the tab thoroughly with carburetor cleaner until it is completely free of gunk and does not stick. Clear the code and replace the solenoid, then your car should run good as new.

No hit it is a fielders choice
If he is fielding a batted ball -- then no the runner cant run into him or it will be "Runner Interference" -- if the SS is catching a thrown ball at a base then the runner has the right to "run over" the SS if it is in an attempt to reach the base or continue running to the next base
