Hi On most vehicles, there is a pastic cover on the inside of the door, opposite the mirrors. If there are screws, unscrew them, sometime the plastic cover pops off with some effort and the mirrow screws should be visible under this cover. Fairly simple. B.H.

Depends what is worng with it might be corroded connections easiest is to get one from the junk yard and replace it
In corner of door there is a black plastic triangular molding piece. You pop that piece off and there will be nuts behind it, holding mirror in place. On the van we own, there is one nut behind door panel at top of panel. Not too bad to get to.
