How do you replace a starter on a 1998 Toyota Tacoma?

I will try to be as complete as I can. Disconnect battery at negative side get the front off the ground by putting it on stands. Jack It up and put stands under it. Take off passenger tire remove the inner panel and rubber splash Gard Now from under neath remove all electoral the square black plug pushes in and is easily removed Now the brake line has to be moved or removed depending how you are at bleeding brakes there are two places just on the frame which to remove the brake line one at the flex line going to the brakes The other is just Left of the V the brake line has in it a number 10 should do it. don't forget to take the line off the frame has one bolt just to the is side of frame. or just take the bolt out and widen the V in the line if you do this you will have to slip the brake line around the hot bolt on the starter Now the starter remove the two bolts #12 from the mounting and slip the starter back it come out with gear facing you on the left lower side so the electical connection is on top and the hot bolt is on the right Pull starter out through the wheel wall this is done be wiggling the starter against the frame and engine just don't force it it take a little time but it does come out. Now it goes back in the same way with the gears facing you. Don't get in a rush
