# Raise the liftgate # Remove the two lamp assembly mouting screws
## Pull out little red tab at top of plug ## You may need to pry plug at bottom using screwdriver # Unplug Tail light from electrical cable # Remove socket assembly from old tail light by turning counter-clockwise with needle-nose pliers and then pulling up # Replace any burnt out bulbs by pulling bulbs out of the socket and inserting new ones ## Socket assemblies are keyed so that there is only one way to insert them ## Turn socket assembly clockwise until they stop # Put sockets in appropriate position in the new tail lights # Insert tab on lamp assembly into car slot, line up, replace screws
