NOTE: To prevent glass and/or paint damage, do not pry windshield wiper pivot arm from windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft with metal or sharp tool. 1. Turn ignition switch to the ACC position. Turn turn signal and windshield wiper switch ON. What do you mean by "stuck". I assume the wiper switch is in the turn signal lever? It could mean that the wiper motor assembly is faulty. The motor assembly has a position sensor that keeps the motor running until the wipers come to rest at the appropriate position. If that sensor has failed you will need to replace the wiper motor.
