Take the door panel off( 3 screws and about 10 pop off screws ). Remove the three bolts that hold the motor in. Be careful to take note of the way it came out to keep from being confused on how it goes back in. Unbolt the window and replace the motor the way it came out. Newer arms may have a shorter middle arm than the one that you took out ( the one that came out will be attached to the outside arm, the newer arm will actually bolt to the car.
