Remove Battery Negative Cable & secure away from post. Release tension on Belt Tensioner & remove Serpentine Belt from Alternator Pulley. Remove Battery Cable & Electrical Plug from Alternator. If applicable, remove Power Steering Line Clip from Alternator. Remove Alternator Mounting Bolts. Remove Alternator. Installation is reverse.....

The alternator itself with cost you about $60-$75, depending on where you go...if you install it yourself, that's it. If you have it installed, figure another $100 dollars.
