Replacing the ac blower motor on a 2002 Bonneville is extremely dangerous and unless you know what you are doing it is best to get a hired professional to do it.

CHECK THE BLOWER HOUSING. IT SITS INSIDE THE HOUSING AND IS SECURED BY SCREWS ON TOP OF THE BLOWER HOUSING.
passenger side of car under the kick panel under the dash
easiest way to replace anything is to get someone else to do it
check for voltage at the blower motor on all settings. if no voltage check the blower motor resistor or relay. if it has a resistor it will be right beside the blower motor, if it has a relay it will be the relay on the firewall under the hood.it will probably have a purple, orange, blue, and black wires.
Your wiring is probably messed up, happened to me. Locate the wires from the blower to the controls check them and replace as needed. Assuming no wiring problem check and replace the blower motor resistor.
To accessthe blower motor, open the hood. Look on the plastic fascia under the windshield wipers in front of the passenger. You'll see an opening plate with two little tabs. Lift those and remove the plate.
I just had to replace the fan motor in one. It shorted out.
