If you mean the lights on the radio, chances are they are not burned out but the circuit that provides power to all of them is dead. Does everything else on the radio work OK? If so, you could get it repaired but you can probably buy a better aftermarket unit for less money. The lamps are replaceable. As I remember there are 11 of them. All are soldered to the front printed circuit board. You will need a 1/8 inch nut driver (try a hobby shop) to get the board out. The exact lamp is available from Jameco Electronics part number 210032 or a slightly smaller one that will work from Radio Shack, part number 272-1154 at $1.49 each!

I own a 1997 Isuzu Rodeo and had the same problem. I went to a local Isuzu new-car dealer and was quoted a price in excess of $100 to replace the burned-out dashboard lights. I was told that the cost is high because the top of the dashboard has to be removed in order to obtain access to the lights. I did not have the lights replaced. carlpers
