Both of these parts will be exclusive to the Lexus dealership to order replacement parts. Due to parts pricing contracts there are no discount or wholesale dealer that I have found online, you pay the same high price that I pay unfornutely. Be sure to have your 17 digit vin# XXXXX order the correct color cupholder assembly with this car.
As far as the undercover, this is simply held in place with about 10 self tapping screws and 5 clips, be sure to order these as well when you place your order, installing this is self explanatory once you get the front end of the car off the ground so that you can place this into position and screw it down.
As far as the cupholder, this is also an easy fix.
Be sure that the ashtray is closed. Grab the shift knob and turn it counterclockwise until it is screwed of the shifter, then grab the finish panel that surrounds the shifter column and pull it up (there are just a few weak clips that hold this down to the center console).
Once this is out of the way you will see 2 phillips head screws that hold the body of the cupholder in place, the cupholder must be in the CLOSED position to clear out, once these 2 screws are removed the assembly comes out easily.
