If it's anything like my 2007 Crown Vic, which it probably is, the trim piece the window switch is attached to just pops right out in a upward motion. You might be able to grab a hold of it and yank it up, or at least start prying it up with a screwdriver first. From there it just unclips from behind. I just replaced my switch, took a whole 2 minutes.
