remove the entire dashboard.
fuel press. regulators often leak because the seals dry out. it is easy to replace the regulator and it should come with new seals.
the regulator is inside the alternator and yes you can take the alternator apart and just replace the regulator.
The window motor is attached to the window regulator by screws. After removing the door trim you must detach the regulator from the door by drilling-out four rivits. Then remove the screws from the old motor and install the new motor. Re-attach the regulator with bolts and put the trim back on the door.

You can replace the ignition lock cylinder in your 1994 Pontiac Firebird without removing the steering will. Remove the retaining ring at the top of the ignition cylinder. The ignition cylinder will slide out.
You will have to replace the regulator assembly.
First depressurize fuel system remove vacuum line going into the top of regulator loosen fuel line nut going into bottom of regulator remove screw attaching regulator to fuel rail gently tug regulator outboard then up do opposite for installation
