Ive Owned my supra turbo for 20yrs the main problem is about 7volts are only getting to starter.Run a wire from positive side ove battery to a momentary push starter switch under dash jegs has cheap and run wire from other side of switch to wire that goes to starter only small wire that goes to starter not main big power wire that goes to battery .And when you turn key push button that you installed and presto starts evry time.

if you are changing the ignition cylinder you need to remove the steering wheel and dig down to the lock cylinder that way. do becareful you will need a special tool to reinstall components under steering wheel.
