remove trim surrounding cluster, remove bolts securing cluster to dash, disconnect electrical connectors at cluster, twist failed bulbs out, reverse to install

Remove the instrument cluster and replace the bad bulbs. Take the battery cables off!Remove the upper and lower steering colum covers. Remove the four screws on the cover.
