Easy. Unscrew it with the appropriate socket wrench (17mm I think). If you mean replace a stripped plug, then fortunately on an aircooled VW engine, the entire oil drain plate can be replaced. These can be easily be ordered and it comes with a new plug in the center and is attached with 6 srcews on the periphery (not included, reuse the old ones.) Don't over torque the plug or the plate screws!
