you must remove the glove compartment, about 6 screws, then remove the lower footwell cover, three plastic push pins. the resistor is right behind the motor, it is a pain to get out. you can see one screw right in plain view, the other two are in between the rubber mat of the firewall and the resistor itself, a pain in the behind
